We made it here in Austin yesterday after dinner and I have to say that it’s better than I thought it would be. The texture is somewhere between oatmeal and cake. We cooked it a little longer, 40 minutes in total. Next time I make it I’m going to add a few milk chocolate chips on top right before I put it in the oven.
Instead of making oatmeal for breakfast, you could have a slice of this. It will save you time during the week when you’re already rushing to get out the door.
