When I was a freshman at Texas A&M I quickly realized that cowboy boots were needed for Ranch Party and football games. Luckily Austin isn't too far from College Station. My Mom took me shopping to find a pair. I remember wanting to find boots that would match with most outfits. I ended up choosing a tan pair of boots with crosses on them. Baptist boots. I'm not sure why I thought those boots would fit in at frat parties. I guess I wasn't trying to fit in. Yea, I wanted to be dressed according to the theme, but I also wanted to stay true to myself. Let those people know what's what. I don't remember seeing anyone else rocking cowboy boots with crosses on them, but it didn't matter to me. I loved those boots.
I finally gave them away last year when I made the move to Dallas. I didn't replace them right away, which meant I went dancing in high heeled booties more than a few times here in Dallas and back home. It's not very easy to dance in 4 inch heels, which is why I started to look online for a new pair. Miranda Lambert has her own line of shoes. I tried to get a pair of her silver boots last year but they were sold out everywhere. When I looked again here recently, most retailers were still out of stock, except for one : ) This particular retailer not only had the boots...they had them marked down to thirty five dollars! Use the link below to shop. I hope you like them as much as me, and I also hope you have a hot cowboy in your life to take you dancing. Good shoes. Good dancing. Good music. There's nothing better. http://www.shoecarnival.com/womens-miranda-lambert-cowboy/84392.scp
