I brought this dress to Austin last weekend and when my Dad saw it he said that it’s too short. I don’t know how he could tell because it was still on the hanger, and it was right next to a dress that goes down to my shins. I told him it’s not short, “it’s fine Dad.”
I will say that it runs a little small. The model online is wearing an XS, so I ordered a S. The Medium would probably be best (for me).
Once spring gets here, I’ll be able to wear it with my silver flat sandals or my white sneakers and a denim jacket.
If you read my blog posts each day, you’ll remember that I got in a bit of trouble last Sunday morning before church when I was supposedly “in the flower beds.” For the record, I still stand by my statement that I was not in the flower beds. You could understand why I was a little nervous for these photos, just one week later. This huge tree was at the intersection of two busy streets back home. I was just waiting for a neighbor to yell out “hey, get down from there!” We took the pics and no one fussed. As we were running back to the car (it had just started to rain) a cop car drove by! We missed him by about 30 seconds. Praise the Lord for our efficiency.
